Warden Mizawa was a Solarian citizen and an officer of the Solarian League Navy's Frontier Fleet.
In 1921 PD, he was in command of SLNS Jean Bart, Admiral Josef Byng's flagship during Task Group 3021's assignment to the Talbott Cluster. He was killed when his ship was destroyed in the Second Battle of New Tuscany. (SI2)
