Vincent Frugoni was a Solarian citizen and former non-commissioned officer of the Solarian League Marine Corps.
Family[]
Born in 1870 PD, he was the younger brother of Sandra Frugoni Allenby, and had the same blond hair and blue eyes as her. Unlike many people on Swallow, he was a prolong recipient[1], looking much younger than he actually was. (SI4)
Military Service[]
Frugoni served twenty-seven years in the Solarian League Marine Corps[2], rising to the rank of First Sergeant. before choosing to retire five months after the death of his sister[3]. While in the service of the League, he was wounded in action twice, mentioned in dispatches three times, twice turned down recommendations for the Officer Candidate School, and was stationed in both the Dillard and Al-Bakiya Syetems. Retirement[]
While on Swallow, he was recruited into the Cripple Mountain Movement, a resistance group led by his former brother-in-law, Floyd Allenby. As the only experienced soldier, he trained the other members in combat tactics. (SI4)
