Uriel Templeton was a Masadan citizen.
He was a son of Ephraim Templeton and one of his wives, Raphaela, and was a toddler when his father's junior wife, Judith, first came into the household. As his mother was with child again, looking after Uriel was one of Judith's many tasks.
One day Uriel reached for a brightly colored plug that superficially looked like the toys scattered about the nursery, but was in fact a partially installed electrical system that a careless technician had not finished sealing. Judith scooped him away, even though this might have compromised her ability to read, since only the writing on the wiring revealed its danger. (HHA4.1: PL)
