Tribeca was a Manticoran citizen and an officer of the Royal Manticoran Navy.
Holding the rank of Commander, he was in command of the destroyer HMS Arrowhead. The division his ship was assigned to came across the Havenite light cruiser PNS Alexander when the latter was in the process of retrieving Argus intelligence data from the Yorik System. (HH3)
