Thomas Flannery was a Manticoran citizen and an officer of the Royal Manticoran Navy.
Holding the rank of Admiral in 1543 PD, he was in command of Red Force, flying his flag aboard the battlecruiser HMS Victory. Adelaide Meyers served as his flag captain. (MA3)
