TNS Spartacus was a Mars-D-class heavy cruiser of the Royal Torch Navy.
History
She was orginally operated by the State Security Naval Forces and by the People's Navy in Exile, under the name PNES Chao Kung Ming.
After the surrender of the surviving PNE forces in the Battle of Torch, she was given to the Royal Torch Navy and re-commissioned as its flagship.[1] (CS2)
