Dr. Sying-ni Masserelli was a Manticoran citizen and an officer of the Royal Manticoran Navy.
In 1922 PD, she held the rank of Surgeon Lieutenant and was assigned to the fast combat support vessel HMS Charles Ward as Chief Medical Officer.
Masserelli had emerald green hair and her amber eyes had pupils with vertical slits, which came from her grandfather, a liberated genetic slave. (SI4)
