Sigismund Witcinski was a Manticoran citizen and an officer of the Royal Manticoran Navy.

Holding the rank of Commander in 1920 PD, he served as the commanding officer of HMS Marigold, one of the LAC tenders that were part of Zanzibar System Defense Command. (HH11)
