Sarah Flanagan was a Manticoran citizen and an officer of the Royal Manticoran Navy.
Holding the rank of Lieutenant Commander, she served as the commanding officer of HMLAC Switchblade. Previous to her assignment in HMSS T-001, she was assigned to the LAC carrier HMS Mephisto. (HH10)
