Samuel Tilliotson was a Manticoran citizen and entrepreneur.
Around the 1530s PD, he owned one of the Star Kingdom's two single-ship freight companies, and was thus the main rival of Countess Acton. Additionally, he owned several mining and resource extraction factory groups in the Unicorn Belt of Manticore-B. (MA1)
In 1543 PD, one of his ships was the 800,000-ton hyper-capable transport Hyderabad. (MA3)
