Sam Smith († 1915 PD) was a Manticoran citizen and a petty officer of the Royal Manticoran Navy.

He served as electronic warfare specialist aboard the light attack craft Cutthroat, and was killed along with the rest of its crew when the vessel was destroyed in the Battle of MacGregor. (HH9)
