Rudolph Heissman was a Manticoran citizen and an officer of the Royal Manticoran Navy.
Holding the rank of Commodore in the early 1540s PD, he served as commanding officer of the light cruiser HMS Casey and the other three ships assigned to a force called "Green Two". He fought in the battle against the Volsung Mercenaries. (HHA6.2: ACTA)
