Rubenstein was a Manticoran citizen and an officer of the Royal Manticoran Navy.

Biography Edit

Holding the rank of Captain (SG), he commanded the battlecruiser HMS Onslaught and was the senior officer of Battlecruiser Squadron 5's fourth division, and fought in the First Battle of Hancock. He was technically in command of the squadron after Rear Admiral Sarnow was incapacitated aboard HMS Nike, but the Onslaught was to heavily damaged to serve as a command base, so Harrington decided to take over command herself.
