The Resident Commissioner for Planetary Affairs was the government official in charge of the Star Kingdom of Manticore's interests on the planet Medusa in the annexed Basilisk System. The Commissioner was subordinated to Minister for Medusan Affairs. Resident Commissioner for Planetary Affairs was in charge with Native Protection Agency police. (HH1)
