Paul Yearman was a Havenite citizen and an officer of the People's Navy.
Holding the rank of Rear Admiral, he was employed by General Chernock as Commanding Officer of the naval component of the PN/StateSec task group, destroyed in the Battle of Cerberus. (HH8)
