Parello was a Manticoran citizen and a petty officer of the Royal Manticoran Navy.
In 1892 PD, Parello served as an assistant coxswain aboard the light cruiser HMS Intransigent, and was part of Crown Prince Michael's team that boarded the Masadan armed merchantman Aaron's Rod. (HHA4.1: PL)
