Pépé Bautista was a Solarian citizen and an officer of the Solarian League Navy's Battle Fleet.
In 1922 PD, he held the rank of Vice Admiral and served as Admiral Sandra Crandall's chief of staff for Task Force 496. In that capacity, he participated in and survived the Battle of Spindle, becoming a Manticoran prisoner of war.[1] (HH12)
