Osiris Trajan was a Mannerheim citizen and an officer of the Mannerheim System-Defense Force.
By 1921 PD, he held the rank of Admiral and was considered one of the MSDF's finest flag officers. He served as the commanding officer of Task Force Four. (CS2)
