The Napoleonic Era was in the late 18th to the early 19th Century CE, and was considered to be a part of the Final Age of Western Imperialism.

General Carl von Clausewitz was a product of the Napoleonic Era, and wrote his famous book, On War, at that time. The two most prominent military figures of the era, however, were Napoléon Bonaparte and his rival, Arthur Wellesley, 1st Duke of Wellington. (HH2)
