Biography[]
He was Willard Neufsteiler's handpicked deputy on Manticore, managing the operations of Honor Harrington's steadily growing financial empire in the Star Kingdom in accordance with Neufsteiller's general directives from Grayson. With a few more decades of experience, Lady Harrington expected him to be more than ready to take over when Neufsteiler retired. (HH10)
