Matt Howard was a Manticoran citizen and an employee of the Native Protection Agency.
In 1900 PD, Howard was assigned to Medusa. He was part of Major Barney Isvarian's commando team, and was killed in the attack on a drug laboratory in the Mossyback region. (HH1)
