Matt Hawkins is an American physicist, comic book author and the president of Top Cow Productions. He will write the upcoming Honor Harrington-themed graphic novel series Tales of Honor.
He was initially not very interested in the offer to make an Honorverse comic, but then read On Basilisk Station on the suggestion of Evergreen Films' Richard Browne. He liked it so much he immediately continued with The Honor of the Queen, and soon made a deal with Evergreen to create a number of tie-in comics.[1] [2]
