Mary Lou Moreau was a Manticoran citizen and an officer of the Royal Manticoran Navy.

Holding the rank of Commodore, she served as the commanding officer of Light Cruiser Flotilla 18, assigned to the Eighth Fleet. She was killed in the Battle of Solon. (HH11)
