Ludwik Kezczyński was a Włocławekan citizen and an officer of the Siły Zbrojne Włocławka.

In 1921 PD, he held the rank of Lieutenant and was a sting ship pilot.

In March of that year, he witnessed an airbus tragedy in the airspace above a Stowarzyszenie Eksporterów Owoców Morza facility near Lądowisko Spaceport. One of SEOM's perimeter defense pilots, Kazimierz Łukaszewski, inadvertently shot down an airbus full of school children on a field trip. Upon witnessing the incident, Lieutenant Kezczyński immediately shot Łukaszewski out of the sky. (SI4)
