Lowell was a Manticoran citizen and an enlisted crewmember of the Royal Manticoran Navy.
In 1900 PD, Lowell was assigned to the light cruiser HMS Fearless. During the First Battle of Basilisk, Lowell was a part of the team organized by Sally MacBride to go and check Missile Two room. (HH1)
