Livermore († 1911 PD) was a Havenite citizen and an officer of the State Security Ground Forces.
Holding the rank of Colonel, he served as the commanding officer of the SSGF and Security detachments aboard PNS Tepes. He was killed when the ship was destroyed by Horace Harkness. (HH7)
