Linda Barstow was a Manticoran citizen and an enlisted member of the Royal Manticoran Navy.
Holding the rank of Senior Chief Petty Officer, she served as Chief of the Bay aboard HMS Prince Adrian. She was among the prisoners on PNS Tepes who escaped and made it down to the surface of Hades. (HH7, HH8)
