Liggit was a Manticoran citizen and an enlisted member of the Royal Manticoran Marine Corps.
Biography[]
Liggit was a former small arms instructor at the Royal Manticoran Naval Academy on Saganami Island. He knew Lieutenant Prescott Tremaine, and the fact that Lieutenant Tremaine was qualified as an expert on small arms.
In 1903 PD, he held the rank of Corporal and was assigned to HMS Fearless' Able Company. He was a part of the assault team that took Blackbird Base, and part of the squad assigned to escort Captain Honor Harrington during her tour of the captured facility. (HH2)
