Kazimierz Łukaszewski was a citizen of Włocławek and employee of Stowarzyszenie Eksporterów Owoców Morza.

In March 1921 PD, he was on duty as the perimeter security patrol of the SEOM facility at Lądowisko Spaceport when an airbus belonging to Marianna Tours transporting a group of school children to a four of the spaceport detoured into a public transit lane through the airspace above the SEOM facility when a midair accident caused delays on the normal spaceport approach lanes.

In an attempt to frighten off the airbus, he fired off a 'warning burst' of pulser fire. In an attempt to avoid a preceived midair collision with Łukaszewski aircar, the driver of the airbus, Andrzej Bicukowski, swerved it directly into the pulser fire and disintegrated, resulting in the deaths of the school children aboard.

Lieutenant Ludwik Kezczyński of Siły Zbrojne Włocławka, the planetary armed forces, witnessed the incident and immediately shot Łukaszewski's aircar out of the sky. (SI4)
