Justinian († 1918) was a Manticoran citizen and a soldier of the Royal Manticoran Marine Corps.

She was part of the landing operation on the planet Refuge during the Battle of Tiberian, and was killed when a pirate-launched grenade detonated almost directly above her. (HHA4.6: TSotS)
