In 1903 PD, he held the rank of Lieutenant and was assigned to PNS Saladin as an engineer. He was one of the few Havenite officers that were retained on the vessel after it was given to the Navy of Masada and renamed MNS Thunder of God under Operation Jericho.
Upon hearing Code Bounty 41 from Captain Alfredo Yu, he attempted to stop the vessel's engines, but Lieutenant Commander Workman, the Masadan officer training in engineering, shot and killed him. Afterwards, Matthew Simonds regretted that Mount died because he would have been useful in the following operation. (HH2)
