Joseph Dunleavy was a Manticoran citizen, political scientist and commentator.
A onetime professor of political science at Landing University, was associated with several liberal think tanks over decaded, and in the 1860s and -70s PD served as a senior foreign policy advisor to Sir Orwell Lebrun.
He was from Landing, and spoke with the typical cultured, uppercrust accent. (Companion)
