Joseph Cook was a Havenite citizen and an officer of the Republic of Haven Navy.
Holding the rank of Lieutenant, he served as Captain Bertrand Javits's tactical for the Wolverine wing of Cimeterre-class light attack craft which attacked the Alizon System and destroyed the Tregarth Alpha mining facilities. (HH11)
