Jeff Marston was a Havenite citizen and an officer of the Republic of Haven Navy.
Biography[]
Holding the rank of Commander, he served as Admiral Lester Tourville's staff operations officer for the Second Fleet. In this position, he was heavily involved in the planning of the Second Battle of Marsh, and conducted much of the pre-engagement briefing of the senior staff. (HH10)
