Jean Testaniere was a Havenite citizen and a member of the Office of State Security.
Biography[]
As a People's Commissioner stationed at the planet Silvestria, Testaniere was given overall command of the Havenite assistance mission to the Kingdom of Chuiban in local war against the Alliance-backed Canmore Republic.
After being captured by Canmore forces, Commissioner Testaniere committed suicide to avoid a disgraceful return to the People's Republic. (HHA2.5: DLS)
