Irena Gnoughy was a Mesan citizen and a trooper of the Mesan Internal Security Directorate.
In 1922 PD, she served in 2nd Platoon, 17th Regiment. During the MISD's invasion of Mendel's seccy districts, she and fellow trooper Jubair Azocar was killed by an improvised fuel-air bomb set by free-lance operative Nine-Finger Jake. (CS3)
