Ioanna Kountouriote was a Manticoran citizen and an officer of the Royal Manticoran Navy.
Holding the rank of Lieutenant in 1533 PD, she was assigned to the Combat Information Center of the destroyer HMS Guardian. She taught the new gravitics technicians, including Travis Long, during the ship's mission to the Secour System. (MA1)
