Service Record[]

In 1921 PD, the Alistair McKeon was assigned to the Cruiser Division 96.1 as Captain Prescott Tremaine's flagship and dispatched to the Talbott Quadrant as reinforcements for Tenth Fleet. The vessel was named after Admiral Alistair McKeon, who had died in the Battle of Manticore shortly before its commissioning. (HH12)

In late 1922 PD, the Alistair McKeon was detached from Cruiser Division 96.1 to serve as the flagship of Task Group 10.2.9 and dispatched on a mission to contact star systems in the vicinity of the Talbott Quadrant that may have been falsely promised Manticoran naval support by operatives of the Mesan Alignment in their Operation Janus. Her mission eventually led to the Battle of Włocławek. (SI4)

In March 1924 PD, the Alistair McKeon and her division mate HMS Madelyn Huffman escorted the HMS Exploratrice on her survey mission that eventually lead to the discovery of the Galton System of the Mesan Alignment. (CS4)
