Gunda Kienholtz was a Manticoran citizen and an officer of the Royal Manticoran Navy.
Holding the rank of Lieutenant Commander, she served as the tactical officer of the light cruiser HMS Vigilant. She died when her ship's bridge was directly hit by enemy fire in the Battle of Monica.[1] (SI1)
