Gheerinatu was a Medusan nomad clan chief from the northern hemisphere of Medusa. His clan was part of the Hyniarch clan federation.
In 1899 PD, the Native Protection Agency saved his clan from death in an unexpected flood that occured when the nomads were crossing the Delta. Being grateful, he warned the Star Kingdom of Manticore's government about some upcoming trouble in the Delta region during winter 1900/1901 PD.
As a nomad, Gheerinatu did not like the Delta region city-states. (HH1)
