George Monet was a Manticoran citizen and an officer of the Royal Manticoran Navy.

Physical appearance Edit

He was a tall, thin, almost colorless man with humorless features and brown eyes. He had a firm handshake. (HH3)

Biography Edit

In 1904 PD, he held the rank of Lieutenant Commander and served as communications officer aboard the newly commissioned battlecruiser HMS Nike. As the vessel served as Rear Admiral Mark Sarnow's flagship for Battlecruiser Squadron 5, Monet had to coordinate a large amount of communications with other ships. He was also among the crewmembers who were aware of Captain Honor Harrington's romantic involvement with Captain Paul Tankersley.

He later fought in the First Battle of Hancock. When Captain Pavel Young ordered his formation to scatter, Monet sent Harrington's order for all ships to return to formation. (HH3)
