François-Dominique Toussaint was a former genetic slave and a member of the Audubon Ballroom.
Having been bred as a heavy labor slave, he was the "dance instructor" of the Ballroom cell in the Saginaw Sector, being ultimately responsible for all terrorist operations conducted in the area. His friends often referred to him as "Opener"[1]. (HHA5.3: LD)
