Forge One was one of four major space stations in orbit of the planet Sanctuary in the Refuge System.
The station synchronized its clocks with the city of Mountain Fort, almost directly below its equatorial orbit. (CS4)
Together with its three sister stations, Forge One comprised the Republic of Haven Navy's Bolthole Complex. Forge One and its sister stations together were only slightly larger than a quarter the size of HMSS Hephaestus or Vulcan before the Mesan Alignment's Operation Oyster Bay, but exceeded even Hephaestus' solo production levels.
Forge One was the base of operations for Admiral Shannon Foraker. (HH14)
