The current version of this cover art has changed the man's appearance to a black, and the artist commentary states it's "King Roger". The only one of the three Rogers who was bonded to a treecat was Roger III; that's why I've already updated his article accordingly. -- SaganamiFan (talk) 20:31, September 8, 2012 (UTC)

Yes, I know, I saw Mattingly's art and comments and posted a link on the HoS page. What I'd like to know is who is the dark-skinned, younger man on this version (which is also posted on Simon & Schuster).--Samanda (talk) 21:04, September 8, 2012 (UTC)

Could be it was already Roger and Mattingly changed the appearance after someone told him it looked wrong -- wouldn't be the first time. -- SaganamiFan (talk) 21:18, September 8, 2012 (UTC)
