Eric Hertz was a Manticoran citizen and an officer in the Royal Manticoran Navy.
Holding the rank of Commander in 1921 PD, he served as COLAC for the outer system LACs of Zanzibar System Defense Command, and as commanding officer of HMLAC Ice Pick. (HH11)
