DuQuesne was a Havenite citizen and the creator of the DuQuesne Plan.

A powerful Legislaturalist, DuQuesne became the architect of the PRH's original plan for survival through conquest, which transformed the Republic of Haven into the People's Republic of Haven. (HH8)

In 1922 PD, suspicions arose that he might have been involved with the Mesan Alignment. (HH12)

Legacy Edit

Lots of things and places in the People's Republic were named after him, including:

• DuQuesne Base, a People's Navy base on Enki in the Barnett System.
• the DuQuesne-class of superdreadnoughts.
• the DuQuesne Ocean, a sea on the prison planet Hades.
• DuQuesne Tower, a Dolist habitat on the planet Haven.
