Dolist Managers were officials of the People's Republic of Haven. They controlled on how the Dolist's prole housing districts would vote. The managers were generally more educated and dishonest, and were an echelon lower than the Legislaturists.
In 1903 PD, Rob S. Pierre was the most powerful Dolist Manager. (HH2)
