The Doctrine and Training Command was an administrative department of the Grayson Space Navy.
It was in charge of formulating new procedures, policies and doctrines to improve the performance of the Navy. Together with the Office of Personnel, DTC established a separate staff electronics officer position in command staffs, to coordinate the electronic warfare systems of an entire squadron or task group.
It also oversaw the modernization of Isaiah Mackenzie Naval Academy.
Its head in the early 20th Century PD was Commodore - later Rear Admiral - Michael Reston. (HH7, Companion)
