Dana Wedermeyer was a Mesan citizen and was a highly placed Mesan Pharmaceuticals manager.
Internal company memos, between Wedermeyer on Mesa and Mesan Pharmaceuticals field personnel on Verdant Vista were captured during Operation Spartacus. The memos expressed the concerns of the field personnel regarding the economic inefficiencies of the existing labor policies and were disregarded by Wedermeyer.
Ruth Winton felt that the memos were a key factor in the efforts to understand the true motives of Mesa and Manpower. Jeremy X, Victor Cachat and Anton Zilwicki were sceptical, pointing out the dangers of false conclusions. In the end the memos simply strengthened the belief that there was something wrong with Mesa, without providing answers. (CS2)
