Cosmo's was Landing City's most expensive, exclusive restaurant, and boasted accurately that no one had ever ordered a dish its chefs could not prepare.

It was ranked alongside Dempsey's Bar and Regiano's.

In 1903 PD, Admiral Raoul Courvosier thought that Bernard Yanakov's personal chef could produce the same quality of food. (HH2)
